Carolyn Younger

For 25 years I was a reporter/feature writer  for community papers in Livermore, Oakland and the Napa Valley where my photographs accompanied my articles. Since retiring I’ve joined the Napa Valley Photographic Society and I now rely on my camera, not words, to tell a story. Although landscapes continue to catch my eye, I also enjoy photographing foraging birds in neighboring gardens, along the Napa River and in the Carneros and American Canyon wetlands and marshes.
